1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Atoi is an online learning platform for technical subjects, taught in Arabic first, at a-to-i.com. These terms apply to everyone who visits the site, creates an account, buys a course or bundle, joins a live lesson, or uses a certificate we issued. By using Atoi you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Your account
You need an account to enrol in courses. You must be at least 16 years old, give a real name and a working email address, and keep your password private. The name on your account is the name printed on your certificates, so write it as you want it to appear. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, shares paid content, abuses other learners or teachers, or attacks the platform.
3. Courses, live lessons and access periods
Each course page states what it includes: recorded lessons, live sessions, projects, and the access period. The access period starts when your purchase is confirmed and is shown before you pay. During that period you can watch the lessons as often as you like. When it ends, your progress and any certificate you earned remain in your account, but the lessons are no longer available unless you buy the course again or a renewal is offered.
Live lessons take place at the announced time. We record them when the teacher allows it and add the recording to the course. If a live lesson is cancelled and not rescheduled, section 5 of the final-sale policy applies.
4. Payments and pricing
Prices are shown in the currency stated on the checkout page. Payments are handled by third-party providers, and we never see or store your card number. Some methods, such as bank or wallet transfers, need a manual review before access opens; the checkout page says how long that takes. Coupons apply only to the items they were issued for and cannot be exchanged for money.
5. All sales are final
Because access to digital content opens immediately, all purchases are final. The final-sale policy explains this in full, including the few cases in which we do refund, for example when we are unable to deliver what you bought.
6. Certificates
A certificate is issued when you complete the requirements listed on the course page. It carries a unique code and can be checked by anyone at the verification address printed on it. Certificates state what you completed on Atoi; they are not an accredited qualification unless the course page says otherwise. We may revoke a certificate that was obtained through cheating or a shared account.
7. Your work and your conduct
Projects, comments and messages you submit remain yours. You give us permission to store them, show them to your teacher and, where the course says so, to other learners in the same course. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, and do not use the platform to harass anyone or to distribute malware. Learners in security courses must practise only on systems they own or are explicitly authorised to test.
8. Our content
Lessons, recordings, slides, exercises, the platform itself and the Atoi name and logo belong to Atoi or its teachers. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to learn from the material. You may not copy, download by other means, resell, share or publish it, and you may not share your account so that others can watch it.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and keep backups of your data, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may update, replace or retire courses and features. If a course you paid for is withdrawn before your access period ends, the final-sale policy sets out what we do.
10. Liability
Atoi provides educational content. We do not guarantee any particular result, job or grade from taking a course. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us for the item concerned in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page, and we will tell registered learners about material changes by email or a notice on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use Atoi after that date means you accept the new version.
